A seminar is an extended training intensive meant to pass on critical information that cannot easily be done so through the shorter regular classes. It is definitely not a sit-down lecture!
To keep our information flow updated and ensure our students get the best possible information about Systema we host multiple seminars a year with both local and international instructors. Thus far we have hosted instructors from both Systema Headquarters in Toronto and Moscow as well as senior instructors from Japan and America.
