A training tip that @systemavasiliev gave at the Fear and Control seminar in Tokyo was to stay continuously in the zone. The benefit of learning to stick inside the work you are doing is that you learn to develop sensitivity as a baseline as opposed to a goal to work towards. The difference here seems subtle at first but has profound impact on your sensitivity work. Try it!
